About
I believe each of us carries an innate wisdom within. My role is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, listen deeply, and find your own way forward.
Gentle presence. Honest exploration. Meaningful change.
My personal story
I’ve always been drawn to healing and to those who dedicate their lives to it. Even as a child, I found myself nurturing connections with people - most likely out of a deep yearning, and perhaps an unconscious knowing that there’s nothing more valuable than staying connected to one’s heart. Over time, my awareness of this truth deepened, and I began to see what becomes possible when people learn to nourish that connection within themselves.
I began following that inner pull long before I knew it would become my life’s work. As a teenager, I immersed myself in books exploring consciousness, spirituality, and personal transformation. Authors such as Neale Donald Walsch, Klaus Joehle, and Eckhart Tolle profoundly shaped my way of seeing the world. I was surrounded by people who inspired my curiosity about energy, intention, and conscious connection - but for quite a while, I didn’t have the courage to follow my heart’s longing to serve as a helping professional.
After earning a full scholarship and graduating from Russia’s most prestigious university, I realized that a career in law felt deeply misaligned with my purpose. That realization left me confused and searching. Eventually, through a period of soul-searching and downshifting, I chose to embark on the journey of family life instead.
That chapter opened my heart in ways I could have never anticipated. Parenthood taught me about the complexity of selfless giving, the necessity of healthy boundaries, and the disarming power of love that keeps us grounded and awake. During those years, I delved into attachment theory and developmental psychology, drawing inspiration from the work of Gordon Neufeld, Dr. Gabor Maté, and many others whose perspectives continue to influence me today.
One of the experiences I’m most proud of is reinventing myself after a difficult divorce - transforming what used to be a challenging dynamic into a cooperative and amicable co-parenting relationship. This journey, supported by the deep work I did in therapy, taught me more about communication, accountability, compassion, and emotional maturity than any classroom ever could - truly a university-degree-worth education.
Along the way, I’ve emigrated four times, adapting to different cultures and continents while cultivating heartfelt connections wherever I went. I’m grateful to still maintain deep friendships from each of those chapters of my life across the world.
These experiences taught me how to hold a safe, nurturing space for others - a place where people can bring their doubts and inner processes without judgment. They also inspired me to complete the Coaching With Spirit training with Guthrie Sayen, whose presence-centered approach resonated deeply with my own values. Now I help my clients reconnect with their inner truth, explore it, and take gentle yet effective steps toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned.
I continue to deepen my own learning and personal development. I am currently enrolled in Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry® year long professional training program. While I am not a Certified Compassionate Inquiry® Practitioner, the insights and skills I am developing through this trauma-informed work naturally inform my coaching alongside the other approaches and lived experience that shape how I support my clients.
It’s deeply important to me to contribute to the collective healing of this world. I believe we are profoundly interconnected, and that every authentic moment of presence, compassion, and understanding creates ripples far beyond what we can see. If I can help add even one small drop to that collective healing, I feel I’m living my purpose.
